Where is your favorite place to run!?!?

I use running not only as a form of exercise but, also as a stress reliever. Ever just had a stressful day at work and wanted to sit down and pick up a drink? While nothing is wrong with that what better way to relieve your stress by none other than running!?! Running not only helps circulate your blood and increase your metabolism it also helps improve mood and mental health. I absolutely loved the fact I grew up in Chicago and right off the lake. I can just open my door and a good three mile run along the lake front. Always try to find a spot, trail, or atmosphere that helps motivate your mood and motivation to run. Mine just so happens a to be the lake front. All the beautiful birds, breeze, and openness is what pushes me to push harder. So if your a new runner or looking to start running put a plan in place. My next blog will be educating people on how to get ready for your first 5k so stay tuned!?!
