After all this excruciating heat that I am ever so grateful for we are now finding ourselves embracing the storms of the Midwest. Do storms put a damper on your daily running routine or am I the only one who loves to “dance” in the rain? Why ruin it ? It helps you escape from your daily grind and also helps with me with my need for speed because I just want to get back to the house. Do you find yourself more sore after a rain run because you focused so much on not trying to fall? Just like to flow like the rain and oh safety first of course if we see lightning we turn to our treadmill but I do not like a controlled environment….
