Marathon training week 1 day 2 inspiration….. 

“Pain may be caused by many things which, if their advantageous aspect had been considered, might have given rise to satisfaction” 

The most difficult aspect of pain is often not the pain itself but accepting the fact of it. Life is going along just fine or so you believe. What is hard about accepting pain is that it demands change. You cannot do all the things you normally do so it forces you to change your routine. The first step in getting out of pain is acceptance. Everything gets a lot easier when you do that. The sooner you accept the sooner you recover.
