Long run tips ….

So with a few more long runs in before the BIG race I have the hydration part down but what do everyone do for nutrition and energy ? I know everyone’s stomach is different but I only use GU and I feel like that is not enough. I was thinking maybe pretzels ? I need to experiment before the race …… What have you tried and what do you recommend to avoid…….

  1. I’m with ya! Some times I don’t want GU (texture). I’ve had good success with Pretzels and Gummy Bears/Worms/Sharks/Turtles.
